Bridge Point is located on a beautiful property of 32,192m2 one hour east of Richmond, Virginia. This project will become a mix used development with homes, a glamping area, a yoga deck, a food forest, a pool, a music hall, and more! The first phase of this project includes the master plan and all design and development planning to facilitate the agriculture and landscape installations, construction of the first homes, and a music hall. CJI will implement responsible and sustainable construction methodologies throughout the design and all horizontal and vertical construction.
