Shalvah House

This family home consists of four bedrooms, an office, a social area, and a living room, with two bathrooms distributed over two floors. Additionally, the client requested a tiny home for visitors. The client wanted very efficient water management in his home. For this reason, the architect Stefania Restrepo designed a butterfly-type roof, with which it is possible to capture the most significant amount of water; to channel it through a central canoe that empties into a pipe, which then carries the water to the storage and treatment tanks for later reuse inside the house.
