The CJI Group includes sister companies based in the US and Costa Rica. CJI’s core focus is responsible architecture, master planning, and construction services. CJI Design & Development SRL in Costa Rica is working towards employee ownership with the goal of 75% or more equity owned by Costa Rican employees before the end of 2023. The CJI group is also planning to complete our B-Corp certification in the same time frame.
