Esteban leads CJI´s construction department and supervises all projects in the building stage, making sure to achieve quality and a positive impact in the community. He is a Costa Rican licensed civil engineer and holds a master's in project management. He has more than ten years of experience and has overseen the construction of over 400 houses all around Costa Rica. He is passionate about interacting in multicultural environments and believes that knowledge sharing is the best bridge between cultures.
