Born and raised in San José, Sofía is an architect dedicated to community improvement and designing beautiful things, with more than 5 years of experience in interior design, architecture, graphic design, and project leadership. As a multifaceted professional passionate for design and project management, she has used those skills to solve the issues that affect the Costarican communities by co-founding a nonprofit organization that works with communities to improve their public spaces. Sofía loves to spend her spare time creating intricate hand embroideries, practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or walking and enjoying the city of San José.
