Often referred to as a surfer’s haven, Pavones is located in the Puntarenas Province of Costa Rica. Hugged by lush forestry and the southern pacific coast lays a plot of land perfect for a sustainable real estate development project. The project will aim to achieve maximum sustainability by integrating the use of as much of the raw nature as possible while adopting responsible and environmentally friendly practices. This development will set an example in sustainability for other projects to follow. CJI has conducted the due diligence process, identifying next steps to make this amazing idea a reality.
