CJI worked on a feasibility study for a 1000 ac land in Dominical with the aim of designing a 200 lot responsible real estate project, placing 60% or more of the land in conservation, and selling the project to a development fund for execution. This engagement included all development consulting necessary to clearly define the objectives based on known opportunities and limitations, as well as identifying the activities required and costs against those activities to realize the defined intentions.
