Our clients wanted two houses within the lot, one main house and one small house for guests. In the main one, they wanted to maintain the privacy of the resting areas. Therefore, the rooms, quite large and with a small living space each, were located on the first level, while the social area, where the view was prioritized, was located on the second level. The social area connects to a large terrace to enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen, one of the most important spaces for our clients, is extremely spacious, so that many can cook at the same time. In addition, it is connected to the terrace by a window to be able to interact and easily pass the dishes and kitchenware from one side to the other. Finally, as a special touch, a pizza oven was included on the terrace.
