About the position:
- Location: Perez Zeledon
- Schedule: This is a full-time position
Responsibilities
- Review, learn, and understand all things Rise and CJI
- Create and/or finalize any tools necessary for the Services offering including templates, checklists, and client facing information.
- Establish website and document repository requirements and processes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Rise management, Rise Sales, CJI teams, project managers, and more to ensure the Rise buyers have a seamless experience
- Conduct site visits and field inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Hire and train supporting positions as required
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance in every step of the process
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all Rise Client records
- Represent the company/community and communicate with clients and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in design, construction, project management, or similar.
- In-depth understanding of design & construction activities/processes, and regulations.
- Graphic design and light presentations capability required.
- Advanced level Microsoft Office suite, Adobe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, self motivated, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Must be located (or willing to relocate) to Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica full-time.
- Professional related designations a plus.
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello and Smartsheets (or other project scheduling software).
- Account/client management.
- Drivers license and transportation.
