Alegria 22 was designed for a family of four from three different generations. One of the main challenges was to create an independent space for the grandmother under the same structure. We designed a small apartment-like unit on the first floor, fully independent, but connected to the main house for frequent visits. The unit includes a bedroom, kitchenette, living space, bathroom/laundry room, and even a small terrace!
